Anywhere customers arrive in person.

The data model is deliberately generic — organizations, locations, services, visits and experiences. What changes between verticals is vocabulary: what you call the person behind the counter, where the QR code is printed, and the one thing you need to know about the customer standing in front of you.

Shipped

Automotive

Dealership service departments, sales floors and parts counters.

The service lane is where loyalty is won or lost, and it is the part of the dealership with the least visibility. Resatisfy makes the wait visible, answers the advisor's repetitive questions, and catches the unhappy customer before the CSI survey does.

What a customer types at check-in

“A noise from the front right when braking…”

Sports & recreation

Ranges, clubs, gyms and multi-activity facilities.

A destination facility runs several queues at once — a walk-in list for the thing people came for, and booked appointments for everything else. The booked side runs on time. The walk-in side is where satisfaction is won or lost, and it is almost never measured.

Not shipped

6 more verticals are modelled. None of them have shipped.

These are not customers, case studies or launch dates. Each one has its visit reasons defined in the codebase, and some carry a full check-in vocabulary — but none has a page, a reference or a live location behind it. We would rather write that down than put a logo on it.
