Resatisfy Flow
Turn waiting into an experience.
The wait is the part of your business you have the least visibility into and the most control over. Resatisfy Flow makes arrival digital, the queue intelligent, and the wait itself something the customer is guided through rather than left inside.
- QR check-in, iPad kiosk mode, or staff check-in at the desk — no app download, ever
- Wait estimates computed from your own rolling history, queue depth and capacity
- Every customer gets their own live visit page at a private link
- One queue, three views: the staff console, a wall display for the room, and floor mode on a phone
Every wait is inside Fairfax BMW's thresholds
Target 20 min · warning 25 min · critical 45 min, set on this location.
Alex Duarte has been waiting 12 minutes with no status update
Sentiment is critical. Manager intervention and an immediate service update recommended.

Capabilities
What you actually get.
- Three ways in
- A printed QR in the service lane, a full-screen kiosk that idles back to a welcome screen, and a staff console for walk-ins who did not scan.
- Reason for visit
- Customers pick why they came — service appointment, walk-in, vehicle pickup, sales, parts — so the right queue and the right advisor get them.
- Honest wait estimates
- A queue-depth model blending your rolling average handling time, the number of people ahead and the capacity actually working. Not a static number.
- Live operations board
- One screen employees keep open all day. Call next, start service, complete, transfer, note, escalate — with wait and sentiment on every row.
- Thresholds per location
- Target, warning and critical wait minutes belong to each location. A service drive and a range lane disagree by twenty minutes, and nothing in the product hardcodes a number over them.
- Priority and transfer
- Bump an urgent customer, move a visit between advisors, services or locations, and keep the full history on the timeline.
- Appointments
- Booked visits are matched to the arriving customer automatically, so an appointment actually means a shorter wait.
- Live without a refresh
- A server-sent event stream pushes every board the moment a visit moves, with polling kept underneath as a backfill for a dropped or proxied connection.
How it works
End to end, in order.
4 stages · one record per visit
- 01
Arrive
The customer scans, taps or is checked in. Their visit is created and seated in the queue in under ten seconds.
- 02
Wait
They see their position, their estimate and their advisor, and can ask questions without finding a person. The room sees the same queue on the wall.
- 03
Serve
Staff call, start and complete from the console or from floor mode on a phone. Every transition is timestamped on the experience timeline.
- 04
Improve
Wait and service times feed straight into the estimator, so tomorrow's estimates are more accurate than today's.
Ops display
A board the whole room can read.
Put the queue on the wall. Now serving, who has been called, who is waiting and how long — sized in viewport units so it stays legible from across a lobby, and colour-coded against each location's own target, warning and critical thresholds rather than a number someone picked.
- Now serving, Called and Waiting as three live columns, with an at-risk strip underneath
- Surnames reduced to an initial by default, because the screen faces the room
- Today's checked-in, served, average wait and satisfaction along the bottom
- Fullscreen with a screen wake lock, so the board does not dim halfway through a shift
- Pick the location, choose what shows, set the refresh interval — settings survive a reload

Floor mode
The queue in the hand of whoever is standing in it.
A manager walking the floor should not have to go back to a desk to move the line. Floor mode is the same queue on a phone: filter to what you are looking at, call the next person, start service, and see it land on every other screen.
- Filter chips for at risk, called, waiting and in service, each with a live count
- Call next, call, start service and complete as one thumb-sized action per card
- Ordered the way call next actually picks — already called first, then priority, then the longest wait
- Taps apply instantly and reconcile on the next poll, so the board never feels laggy

The customer's view is the product.
Most queue tools give the customer a number. Resatisfy gives them a page: where they are, how long is left, who is helping, and a way to ask anything — all on their own phone, with no login.

Questions
The things buyers actually ask.
- Do customers need to install anything?
- No. The QR opens a web page. The visit page is a private tokenised URL that works on any phone browser.
- What if someone does not have a phone?
- Staff check them in from the console and the queue works exactly the same. The visit page is optional, not required.
- How accurate are the wait estimates?
- They start from your service defaults and improve as soon as you have thirty days of completed visits, because the estimator switches to your own rolling average.
- What do we run the wall display on?
- Anything with a browser — a TV stick, a spare laptop, an iPad. Sign in once, choose the location, go fullscreen. The display asks the browser for a wake lock so the screen stays up.
- Can the display show customer names?
- It masks surnames to an initial by default. You can turn that off per screen if your room calls people by full name, and the setting is stored on that device only.
- Can one customer be in two queues?
- No — one live visit per customer per location. Transfers move the visit rather than duplicating it, so the timeline stays truthful.
