Resatisfy Pulse
Don't send surveys. Start conversations.
A survey asks everyone the same questions and learns almost nothing. Pulse asks one question, reads the answer, and asks the follow-up a good manager would have asked.
- Opens with a single tap and finishes in under a minute
- Follow-up questions branch on the customer's own words, not on a static tree
- CSAT, NPS, sentiment, topics, complaint category and employee mentions captured automatically
- Ratings of 2 or below open a recovery case before the customer has closed the page
How was your experience today?
Poor
I'm sorry the experience wasn't what you expected. What went wrong?
It took forever and nobody told me what was happening.
Resatisfy asks next
Was the biggest issue the wait itself, or the lack of updates during the wait?
Capabilities
What you actually get.
- Emoji CSAT to open
- One tap on a five-point scale. Response rates hold up because nothing about it looks like a form.
- Real branching
- Say "it took forever and nobody told me what was happening" and the next question is whether the issue was the wait or the silence. That distinction changes what you fix.
- Automatic classification
- Every response is scored for sentiment and tagged with topics, a complaint or praise category, and any employee named by the customer.
- AI summary and next action
- Each response carries a two-sentence summary and one concrete action a location manager should take today.
- Configurable templates
- Per-organization survey templates for service, sales and parts, with NPS switched on or off independently.
- Review gating
- Only genuinely happy customers are ever asked for a public review. Everyone else is routed to a manager.
How it works
End to end, in order.
4 stages · one record per visit
- 01
Trigger
The visit completes and an automation starts the Pulse conversation fifteen minutes later.
- 02
Converse
Rating, then an open question, then a follow-up derived from the answer. NPS last, if enabled.
- 03
Analyse
Sentiment, topics, categories and employee mentions are extracted and written to the experience graph.
- 04
Act
Negative results open a recovery case. Positive results become a review request. Nothing sits in a report waiting to be read.
Never route an unhappy customer to a public review.
Review gating is not a growth hack here — it is the difference between a manager fixing a problem and a stranger reading about it. Happy customers get the link. Unhappy ones get a phone call.

Unhappy customers are never routed to a public review page. They are routed to a manager.
Questions
The things buyers actually ask.
- Is review gating allowed?
- Resatisfy never blocks anyone from leaving a review. It simply does not proactively ask a dissatisfied customer for one, and routes them to a manager instead. Your public review links remain public.
- How is sentiment scored?
- A deterministic lexical analyzer runs on every response so results are stable and explainable, blended with the rating. A model enriches the summary and recommended action when configured.
- Can we use our own questions?
- Yes. Survey templates are per-organization. The branching engine then generates the follow-up from whatever the customer writes.
- What if they do not respond?
- The request is recorded as pending and expires. Completion rate is reported honestly rather than hidden by only counting responses.
