Pricing

One price per location.

Nothing per message, nothing per customer, nothing per visit. You should never have to decide whether to text a waiting customer because of what it costs — so SMS runs through your own Twilio account at cost, and everything else is a flat monthly figure per site.

Annual billing saves 15%. Volume terms apply from 25 locations. Every plan includes unlimited visits, unlimited feedback responses and unlimited recovery cases — the things that scale with a busy Saturday are the things we refuse to meter.

The arithmetic

Per-location pricing is easy to get wrong in your head.

One site is obvious. Eleven is not, and the gap between two plans across a group is the number that actually decides this. So here it is, with no form in front of it.

This is arithmetic, not a quote. There is no checkout button on this site: no payment provider is connected, and a rollout across a group needs a conversation about locations, services and who gets alerted before it needs a card.

List price, before annual terms. SMS is billed by Twilio directly to your own account, so it never appears on this figure.

Compare

What is in each plan — and what is not built yet.

Three states, not two. A tick means it works today. A dash means it is not in that plan. Planned means it is designed and specified and has not shipped, which is a thing you should know before you sign rather than after.

Questions

Answered plainly.

How is a location counted?

One physical site with its own queue. A dealership with a service department and a separate body shop under the same roof counts as one location unless they run independent queues.

Do you charge per customer or per message?

No. Pricing is per location. SMS is billed through your own Twilio account at cost, so message volume never becomes a surprise line item from us.

What happens to my data if we leave?

Every customer, visit, feedback response and recovery case is readable through the organization-scoped REST API today, so nothing is locked in. A one-click bulk export is designed but has not shipped yet — until it does, we run the export for you on request. We delete your data within 30 days of a written request.

Can we start with one location?

Yes. Most groups pilot at their weakest site for 60 days, because that is where the improvement is easiest to see, then roll out.

Do we need to replace our DMS or CRM?

No. Resatisfy sits alongside them. Visits can be created through the REST API from your existing systems, and experience events push out through webhooks.

How long does implementation take?

A single location is live the same day — locations, services and a QR code are all that is required. A multi-location rollout with integrations typically takes two to three weeks.

Start where it hurts most.

Most groups pilot at their weakest location for sixty days. That is where a change is easiest to see — and hardest to argue with.
